  • Food Network Wants to Know: Tell Us Your Fave Legendary Food Haunts

Leslie Merklinger , our amazing Director of Original Production, is back with a question for our fabulous FN community. She loves you guys, she truly does. I know you guys will have tons of suggestions for her, because if you're anything like me you love telling others about that gem of an eatery you've "discovered." Plus you may just get it featured on a Food Network Canada show. Watch the video for details. Related: Food Network Wants to Know: Do You Want Truffle Recipes? Do You Want Duck Recipes? Watch the video below for details. There you have it folks. Is Leslie right or do you want truffle recipes on Food Network Canada? Here’s your chance to have direct input into what you see on-air. • Watch Our Hosts Do Battle in Mexico Airing Saturday

A few months back we gave Food Network Canada hosts Nadia G, David Adjey, Anthony Sedlak, Roger Mooking and Chuck Hughes Flip cameras to capture their shenanigans as they headed to Mexico for a week of food competition. They brought back some great behind-the-scenes footage including Anthony’s visit to a dog sanctuary, Nadia G. trying on some fetching masks and Chuck’s new tattoo. Food Network Mexican Fiesta , the one-hour special of their week-long Mexico trip is airing this weekend ( Saturday at 8pmET/5pmPT, Sunday 12pmET/9pmPT). Our hosts will face off in three Iron Chef-style challenges using exotic ingredients such as fresh barracuda and cactus pads. In the meanwhile get in the fiesta spirit by checking out these Flip videos courtesy of Nadia, David, Anthony, Roger and Chuck. • Live Blogging Event: Join Nadia G. for Bitchin’ Kitchen Premiere

We came, we watched and we live blogged. Sure, there were naysayers (to be expected with a new show) but I think most of us enjoyed it. See the transcript of our live blogging event below if you missed it. Hold on to your aprons, we have a deliciously demented new show coming your way – Bitchin’ Kitchen with host Nadia G. With her sexy costumes, her quick banter and her three-inch heels (yes, she really does cook in them), Nadia G . is definitely going to be shaking things up. Having met and interviewed Nadia G. (check out my interview below), I can tell you she is a riot! She started out as a stand-up comedian and still writes all the scripts for Bitchin' Kitchen.
