This delicious recipe from our favourite Quebecer proved to be one of our most popular on the blog, and really what’s not to love about it – beer, onions and deep fried goodness – mmmmmm. March Cooking Club Challenge: Ricardo's Beer-Battered Onion Rings This amazing recipe really rallied the troops. Coming from one of our favourite chefs, these sweet treats became our most popular Cooking Club Challenge with over 60 submission s. November Cooking Club Results: Michael Smith's Cinnamon Rolls It was chaotic and, at the time, stressful! But that was a recipe for success when it came to blog posts. This live blogging experience which involved the entire community team (Jessica, Val, Elana and myself) proved to be very popular. I’m glad you enjoyed it, we sure did.
