J. Atkins got to enjoy this scrumptious dessert and I have to say I'm a little jealous!

With Valentine's Day around the corner (literally, it's tomorrow so don't forget to plan something nice for your other half - if you celebrate of course.) I thought that this was not only the perfect dessert for all you love birds, but the anti V-Day'ers as well.

Why you ask? Because you can't hate chocolate cake with warm chocolate sauce inside and raspberry puree for garnish. It's just too good to pass up. I mean we're all allowed to indulge a little right?

If you want an incredibly amazing and easy lava cake, check out Ricardo's recipe. Not only will it blow your mind of choco-heaven, everyone will think you're a super baker and that you've slaved over making it for hours (I swear by it, it's so simple and quick. I'm happy to say that I made it myself - you can check out the video and YES it turned out absolutely fantastic!)
