I’ve seen my cappuccinos arrive with a nice design in the foam, but I’ve always just chalked it up to barista sorcery. Well, after going on a search of clips that expose the "foam rosetta," I’m pleased to find that it doesn’t actually look that hard! Just a little shake of the wrist when pouring the milk, and voila! And there's so much drama at those barista competitions ... I’m going to try it. Anyone else? (This is indeed a video, not just a montage so keep watching. They make it look so easy, no?)
