Beer seems to work with everything, from sweet cakes to savory potatoes (gosh I almost forgot the most important function, drinking!).

This diverse beverage provides a unique flavour experience and let's face it, people seem to love it. I think it has to do with being Canadian.

Even if you don't truly enjoy the natural beer taste, I promise you that if you do some digging, you'll find something you love (I did... Fruli anyone?)

With beer on my mind due to upcoming St. Patrick's day celebrations, I decided to become a little Irish and cook up some Beer Batter Fish and Chips. It's much easier than you think!
