Ask the "Big Cheese": Diners, Drive-ins and Dives Canadian-Style with a Sneak Peek

}

Here is the first installment of our brand new feature with Karen Gelbart, our Senior VP of Lifestyle Content AKA "The Big Cheese," where she answers your questions about what you see on Food Network Canada.

Just so you know, Karen is eager to answer all your questions -- yes, even ones about Restaurant Makeover repeats. We’re all about transparency here at Food Network Canada. We're going to try and roll out the Ask the Big Cheese feature a few times a month, but please be patient with us if we take some time to get around to your question. We want to do this right and provide you with the most informative answers. In the meanwhile, keep those questions coming. We really do love hearing from you.

We’re kicking things off with a question from J. Matheson. Not only does Karen answer the question, she even gave us some exclusives, never-seen-before previews of shows in development! The video features footage that WILL make you drool. Don't say I didn't warn you.
