Whether you call it performance bartending, flair bartending or extreme bartending, the art of putting on a good show behind the bar is serious business. It takes skill, showmanship and solid mixology knowledge. Legends of Bartending, held in Las Vegas, Nevada is perhaps the Olympics of flair bartending, where participants can win upwards of $20,000 and become celebrities in their own rights.
